Our experience is with small business owners who are divorcing, and need to establish child support with income that varies from month to month and year to year, and families who are living with patterns of addiction and other health situations.
Our settlement agreement process is meant to help you try to avoid paying larger fees later. If you can settle, then you can move forward. Our flat-fee is $2349 and our hourly fee is $399. This is cheaper than going to court, but more expensive than free. Even though divorce is easily available for free (basically), a lot of people get stuck. It's pretty common for people to pay more than $30,000, or even more than $100,000 in legal fees once the hearings get started. A settlement prevents or stops the ongoing hourly legal fees. You can both move on without the conflict.
We only look at objective facts in our meetings. We are not therapy and we are not here to help you fight about hypotheticals. We are here to help you settle. You can both decide what you can afford, and what you want your children to remember about this process.

You may cancel an appointment without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you may re-book an appointment at no charge one time only. If you miss your appointment without canceling, unfortunately we will need to charge for the appointment that you missed. If possible, we try to reschedule a missed appointment one time only, for free, but we cannot guarantee this will be available for a missed appointment.
